This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website or buy a guide, and how it is used.
When you buy a guide
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, my Merchant of Record. To complete your order, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Your full card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners; I never see or store them. Lemon Squeezy shares with me the details needed to deliver and support your order, such as your name, email address and what you bought. Read the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy for how it processes your data.
How I use your data
- To deliver your guide and send you the receipt and download link
- To answer your questions and handle refunds
- To send you important updates to a guide you bought, such as corrected phone numbers
I do not sell your data. I will only send you marketing emails if you have explicitly agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
When you visit this website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. My hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security.
How long data is kept
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Emails you send me are kept while needed to answer them.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing vaz.junior@ti-experts.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
